Phase 1 Clarity

Together, we analyse the challenge at hand and the desired goals. We define the direction in which the organisation should develop and identify the current obstacles. On this basis, we derive the next steps, including the involvement of relevant people and departments. We also define a well thought-out communication strategy to ensure that everyone involved is optimally informed and can develop a common understanding of the way forward.

Milestone

Through intensive dialogue and targeted questioning, both the challenges and the goals are much more concrete. The effective implementation of the next steps is ensured. Change begins.

Phase 2 Perspectives

Key figures are actively involved in the process and questioned in special interviews. This adds the necessary perspectives and expands the overall picture of the organisation. In this way, we identify and explore the best starting points to lead you to the desired goal.

Milestone

At the end of phase 2, the organisation has been captured and understood from a variety of perspectives. Initial theses have already been formulated and approaches developed.

Phase 3 Validation

Tailored to the insights gained, the next step is to involve a larger group within the organisation in a low-threshold and effective manner. In this way, more diverse perspectives are taken into account, theories and approaches are reviewed and it is ensured that everything that flows into the implementation is sustainable and viable.

Milestone

At the end of phase 3, the results of the survey are available to a larger group within the organisation. The understanding, findings and approaches have been put on a broader footing, reviewed and honed. Many people are now involved in the subsequent, successful implementation.

Phase 4 Analysis

We incorporate our 20 years of expertise in the goal-oriented development of organisations into the consolidated findings, analyse them and then take another big step back for the big picture. In doing so, we align and sharpen the goals and challenges with the help of the collected data in order to put the organisation clearly on its way to the desired goal. This step involves consciously integrating data and experience by combining it with intuition to develop sound solutions that can be implemented for this very organisation.

Milestone

At the end of phase 4, there is a crystal-clear and validated realisation and a deep understanding. Blind spots have been illuminated, the unconscious of the organisation has been explored and obstacles along the way have become visible. The best and targeted actions are derived from this in order to successfully organise the next step.

Phase 5 Plan

Based on our findings, we create a plan that shows how the objective can be implemented most effectively by the organisation. There are always several options when realising a goal. Our expertise lies in identifying the most suitable and realistic paths for the organisation and making them accessible to you.

1. Context and Goal

Our work always starts with the goal and the context. We help you to see both clearly.

2. Inside View

In several steps, interviews and precisely coordinated surveys are conducted.

3. External View

What do the most important stakeholders say and what view does the world have of the organisation? This is where we create the mirror for (self-)critical comparison and, above all, targeted further development.

4. Resonance

We bring the most important internal receptors and key figures together internally with the developed overview and try out initial directions for action together.

5. Concept and Connection

We analyse all of this together and put it into a concept with a hand-and-foot approach. For us, this always means that it can be implemented for precisely this organisation and that it will certainly take it that decisive step further.

6. Realisation

The implementation of a strategy is the supreme discipline - and therefore our favourite. Nevertheless, we believe in getting an organisation to make the developed concepts their own as quickly as possible and to apply them themselves. Here we always suggest different options. From closer support from us, to other supporters from our broad network, to preparing your very own implementation with internal resources. The main thing is that it succeeds safely. We remain responsible at least in the background.
